Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 7, 2026

Eikon Digital Solutions (“Eikon Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at eikon.digital. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our services, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights as a visitor — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We serve US-based businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from residents of the European Union or other jurisdictions outside the United States.

1. Data We Collect

When you visit eikon.digital or use our services, we may collect the following categories of information:

Usage Data (Automatically Collected)

We collect anonymized session information, including your hashed IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and UTM campaign parameters. This data is collected server-side and is not tied to your identity.

Form Submissions

If you submit a contact form or request a consultation, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and message.

Customer / Correspondent Records

If you become a customer, partner, or active correspondent, we maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records that may include your name, business email, phone number, company, role, and the history of our communications and engagements.

Email Engagement Data

If you receive transactional or business communications from us, our email service provider records standard deliverability events (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complaint) tied to your email address. This is used for deliverability monitoring and compliance with anti-spam laws.

Server Logs

Our hosting and infrastructure providers generate technical logs (errors, request paths, latency) used solely for operational monitoring and incident response.

Browser Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your cookie notice preferences (key: eikon_cookie_consent). This data is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To understand how visitors discover and navigate our site
  • To respond to consultation and contact form inquiries
  • To deliver and operate the services you have requested or subscribed to
  • To send transactional and business communications related to your account, engagement, or correspondence with us
  • To improve our site content and user experience
  • To protect the site from spam and fraudulent submissions
  • To meet tax, accounting, and compliance recordkeeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising or share it with third-party advertising networks.

3. Third-Party Services

Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise

We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our contact forms from spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA sets a cookie (_GRECAPTCHA) and collects hardware and software information, including data about your browser and device. This data is sent to Google and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. reCAPTCHA is required for form submission integrity and cannot be disabled without removing fraud protection.

Supabase (Hosting + Database)

We use Supabase as our primary database and authentication provider. Data we collect is stored on Supabase’s infrastructure in US regions, governed by Supabase’s data processing terms.

Vercel (Application Hosting)

Our website and application are hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes request data and operates anonymized analytics on our behalf as a processor.

Mailgun (Email Delivery)

Outbound business and transactional email is delivered through Mailgun. Mailgun processes recipient email addresses and message metadata as a processor on our behalf.

4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

  • Right to Know — You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete — You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing — You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. Eikon Digital does not sell your personal information — ever. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
