AccessibilityStatement
Everyone should be able to use the web. We are working to make sure that includes our corner of it.
Our Commitment
Eikon Digital is committed to making the eikon.digital website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that access to information and functionality is a right, not a feature.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continually review our site, refine our components, and fold accessibility into how we build so that improvement is part of the work rather than an afterthought.
Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by accessibility law and best practice in most jurisdictions. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.
Where practical, we also adopt the newer success criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2 as we update the site, so that our work moves toward the current standard rather than a frozen snapshot of it.
This statement applies to the eikon.digital website. It does not cover third-party content or services that we link to but do not control.
Known Limitations
We would rather be honest than claim perfection. As of this writing, we are actively addressing a number of areas where our experience does not yet fully meet our own standard, including:
- Complete keyboard-navigation coverage across every interactive component, so the entire site can be operated without a mouse.
- Screen-reader support for dialogs, menus, and other dynamic components, including focus management and clear announcements as content changes.
These are prioritized in our ongoing work. If you rely on assistive technology and run into a barrier, we want to hear about it — real-world feedback shapes what we fix first.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of eikon.digital. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or have suggestions for how we can improve, please reach out and tell us what you experienced.
Email us at contact@eikon.digital. We take this feedback seriously and will do our best to respond and resolve issues promptly.
